The Challenge

Scattering operations across chat apps, emails, and task management software constantly leads to lost information, delayed project delivery, and a lack of transparency with the client. The challenge was unifying all these tools.

The Solution

We built the integrated 'Growth In' system. We programmed a flexible CMS, added an instant internal employee chat, a dashboard for task distribution and tracking, alongside a dedicated portal for direct client communication.
