Developing the digital platform for the Lyve app, a comprehensive community management solution connecting residents with facility management, offering payments, shopping, and gate passes.

The Challenge

Compound management suffers from fragmented communication between residents and management, difficulty in organizing visitor gate passes, and fee collection. The challenge was building a centralized platform (app and dashboard) that combines a private social network with efficient facility management.

The Solution

A smart app available on the App Store and Google Play was designed, offering 'The Wallet' for maintenance fee reminders and payments, 'The Shop' for daily needs, and the pioneering 'The Gate' system for issuing visitor passes via QR Code.
