The Challenge

Event organizers struggle to find reliable staff (service, kitchen, logistics) on short notice while ensuring legal compliance with labor laws. The challenge was building a platform that reconciles speed with legal security.

The Solution

We designed a clear digital platform (B2B/B2C) that simplifies booking personnel. Services were clearly categorized to include service, kitchen, cleaning, and logistics staff, highlighting strengths like comprehensive coverage of major German cities and 7-day support.

Results

  • Designing a quick request system that meets urgent staffing needs within just one hour
  • Displaying an interactive coverage map including all major German cities (Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, etc.)
  • Highlighting official licenses from the Employment Agency (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) to boost reliability and social proof
  • Developing two separate pathways: one for companies to request staff, and one for individuals to find and apply for jobs
