Developing the digital platform for Star Paint, the exclusive agent for AkzoNobel and Dulux in Kuwait, to boost sales and provide advanced color consultations.

The Challenge

Major paint companies face the challenge of converting online traffic into physical showroom visits (O2O). The challenge was building an interactive interface that doesn't just display products, but encourages customers (especially new homeowners) to request instant coupons and color consultations.

The Solution

We designed a smart marketing website highlighting global Dulux products. We added an 'Interactive Coupon' system allowing visitors to select their region (Jahra, Mutlaa, Saad Al Abdullah) and finish type, redirecting them straight to sales WhatsApp for an instant discount and free consultation.

Results

  • Designing an interactive request system sending customer data (region and finish type) to simplify getting discounts via WhatsApp
  • Highlighting exclusive engineering solutions (KeepCool™ tech for heat and KidProof™ tech for stains)
  • Providing direct links to download the mobile app (Visualizer App) to test colors virtually before buying
  • Highlighting the 4 company branches (Shuwaikh, Salmiya, Hawally, Jahra) with integrated Google Maps for easy customer access
