Developing a luxury e-commerce store and designing a customized UX to reduce abandoned carts and double sales.

The Challenge

A clear problem faced the store: Customers were adding gifts to the cart, then leaving at the checkout page (Cart Abandonment) due to complex packaging options and lengthy purchase steps.

The Solution

We redesigned the store interface (UI/UX) and built a 'buy in seconds' experience. We reduced complex packaging options to just 3 smart choices, and streamlined the checkout page to be smooth and fast.
