Developing the digital platform for 'Tmwel Cars', the premier destination in Saudi Arabia for buying and financing new and used cars through simple digital steps.

The Challenge

The auto financing market requires a complex integration between displaying precise vehicle specs and various banking systems. The challenge was building a platform that allows the user to calculate their monthly installment, choose their car, and submit a finance request in a single, seamless, and uncomplicated UX.

The Solution

We designed an advanced digital interface (supporting Dark Mode) allowing car categorization by class (Sedan, SUV, Sports, Electric) and brand. We integrated a dual pricing display system (cash price and monthly installment), building a clear 4-step pathway (Choose, Calculate, Apply, Receive) to ease the buying journey.

Results

  • Integrating a 'Smart Calculator' enabling the customer to estimate the monthly installment to know the expected budget in advance
  • Dual price display on car cards (cash price and monthly installment starting from 1,299 SAR) to facilitate comparison
  • Structuring a simplified 4-step purchasing path (Choose, Calculate, Apply, Receive) to increase conversion rates
  • Dedicating a prominent section for customer reviews and ratings to enhance credibility and Social Proof
